Your primary focus, together with the team is to support the continued growth of our flagship PKI Product offering. You have demonstrable experience in developing professional Java-based systems and have probably had a core engineering role in a product business. While an experience or an interest in this PKI, is meriting, it is more important for us to find someone who is passionate and capable, with the right mindset to be a part of helping us scale and become increasingly self-organizing. \nJob Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain software features and functionality. \nConduct code reviews, pull requests and ensure adherence to coding standards. \nWork closely with other engineers and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems. \nContribute to the improvement of software development processes and practices. \nIdentify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks. \nProvide guidance and support to less experienced engineers. \nWork closely with the Quality Assurance teams and participate in QA efforts when needed. \nParticipate in internal and external product support when needed. \nContribute to technical documentation and project reports. \nEngage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development processes. \nBeing part of our AI transformation journey.\nMinimum Qualification, Education, and Skills\nCapabilities\nExcellent knowledge of Java software development and architecture.\nStrong experience of Java Enterprise (Jakarta EE).\nDeep knowledge of databases/SQL.\nGood knowledge of Linux.\nKnowledge of web application server and container deployment.\nGood knowledge of RESTful API.\nExtensive knowledge of software development in Agile environments. \nKnowledge and experience in developing secure software. \nGood knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and the system development life cycle. \nWho You Are\nOpen-minded, adaptable team player who actively contributes to collaboration and knowledge sharing.\nStrong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, effective with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. \nEnthusiastic and motivated by working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment whereyou can make a meaningful impact. \nSelf-driven, action-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful solutions.\nPositive, solution-oriented attitude with a strong senseof accountability.\nExcellent analytical skills, able to break down complex problems into actionable solutions. \nHighly organized and able to manage priorities in fast-paced environments.\nYou are open minded to AI and want to use this as part of the development process but have a strong sense of responsibility for the work produced.\nExperience\nProven track record of working in Agile environments, with strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, tools, and best practices. \nDemonstrated ability to mentor and support less experienced engineers, acting as a role model within the team. \nExtensive knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and cross-functional processes. \nStrong command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly in a professional environment. \nExperience or knowledge in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is considered a strong advantage, but not required. \nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \n #LI-NA1\nCompensation\nSalary will be commensurate with experience. \nCulture, Career Opportunities and Benefits \nWe build teams that continually strive to get better than the day before.
