We’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and hands-on engineers who can rapidly learn Keyfactor value proposition and translate it to use cases across many market verticals such as Medical Services, Manufacturing, and Financial Services as well as the Fortune 2000. Working alongside the Integration Engineers, and Sales Directors, you’ll work in our ‘One Team’ culture to design solutions and align our capabilities based on our prospects needs. \nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.\nResponsibilities\nLead technical discussions with key clients, understanding their requirements and challenges, and providing advanced technical solutions that align with their business objectives.\nDrive solution development for key accounts, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet specific customer needs and are technically robust.\nProvide advanced technical guidance and expertise to both internal teams and clients, serving as a subject matter expert in the field.\n Contribute to strategic sales initiatives by leveraging deep product knowledge and understanding of customer needs to support the development of effective sales strategies.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities\nStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide insights and recommendations for product enhancement and innovation.\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships based on technical expertise, reliability, and a commitment to delivering value-added solutions.\nMentor and coach junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to help them develop their technical skills and advance in their careers.\nParticipate in product testing and feedback to provide meaningful, actionable feedback to improve product quality and user experience.\nSkills and Qualification\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\nExtensive experience in leading technical discussions and solution development for key accounts.\nDemonstrated ability to contribute to strategic sales initiatives and mentor junior team members.\nStrategic thinking to contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.\nMentorship skills to support the growth and development of junior team members.\nAdaptability to handle evolving market dynamics and customer needs.\nAbility to independently drive large customer meetings (onsite and virtual) to develop and document a recommended architecture and deployment roadmap.\nFamiliarity with enterprise software, identity, and security solutions as well as networking fundamentals like Exchange, Active Directory, PKI, Digital Certificates, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Azure, AWS, and GCP\nSecurity certifications (CISSP etc.) a plus\n Experience with cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud.\nTravel Expectations: Up to 25%\nCompensation\nSalary will be commensurate with experience. \nCulture, Career Opportunities and Benefits \nWe build teams that continually strive to get better than the day before.
