This role involves leading automation efforts, troubleshooting test failures, and optimizing test coverage.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts for critical product features. \nLead automation efforts for specific projects, ensuring efficient and effective test coverage. \nTroubleshoot and resolve issues with automated test scripts and frameworks. \nCollaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing into the development process. \nMonitor and report on the performance of automated tests and recommend improvements. \nContribute to the continuous improvement of automation processes and tools.\nMentor junior automation engineers in best practices and tools. \nSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience. \nStrong experience in test automation or software development with a focus on testing. \nStrategic thinking, exceptional problem-solving abilities, high-level proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.\nStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, experience with scripting languages, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influence decision-making.\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and optimize automation processes.\nExtensive knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and cross-functional processes.\nUnderstanding of scripting languages, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration. #LI-NA1\nCompensation\nSalary will be commensurate with experience. \nCulture, Career Opportunities and Benefits \nWe build teams that continually strive to get better than the day before.
