This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a hands-on approach that includes owning the product backlog and working closely with engineering teams to deliver products that align with the company's vision and objectives.\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.\nJob Responsibilities\nDefine product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.\nDevelop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value, customer feedback, and market demand.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring products to market.\nOwn and maintain the product backlog, translating features and functionality into clear, well-defined engineering tasks and technical requirements.\nCreate detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nWork closely with engineering teams to oversee the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.\nMonitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to improve user experience and satisfaction.\nAct as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries.\nCommunicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers.\nRequired Qualifications and Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in product management.\nStrong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nIntellectual curiosity and a demonstrated ability to learn new tools, technologies, and concepts independently.\nComfort engaging with technical concepts such as PKI, cryptography, or enterprise security software, and working across Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes environments.\nExperience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills:\nExperience in PKI, cryptography, cybersecurity, or enterprise security software.\nExperience using AI tools to drive measurable outcomes, such as backlog grooming, synthesizing customer feedback, or drafting PRDs/User Stories.\nTravel Requirements.\nUp to 10% travel time required. \nCompensation\nSalary will be commensurate with experience. \nCulture, Career Opportunities and Benefits \nWe build teams that continually strive to get better than the day before.
