# Program Scientist / Team Leader Data Acquisition and Analytics

As Program Scientist / Team Leader Data Acquisition and Analytics, you are responsible for initiating, implementing and managing highly innovative genomics technology development programs aiming to accelerate molecular plant breeding. Single cell, spatial and multi-omics technologies will take a prominent role in these programs. Such programs uniquely integrate wet lab experimental work with bioinformatics analysis to ensure development of seamless end-to-end innovative workflows. Consequently, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of R&D professionals covering both experimental as well as bioinformatics expertise. Coaching and inspiring your team members in their individual development is an important aspect of your leadership skills. Through intensive interactions with breeding companies and research partners, you will define short- and long-term research goals and ensure concise reporting of progress and timely delivery of technology innovations.
