Join Keylane as a Business Analyst and help shape the pension processes that support people through important life events, from retirement to disability and the loss of a loved one.\n\nKey about your team\n\nYou will join Life Events, an area of approximately 70 colleagues working at the heart of Plexus, our pension platform. We are organised into three teams that support pension processes related to retirement, death and disability, as well as premium and benefit calculations. You will be part of Life Events B, a team with 30 colleagues across Denmark, Netherlands and India. Our developers, testers and business analysts work closely together throughout the development process, from planning to delivery. Guided by client needs, we combine business knowledge and technical expertise to deliver a standardised, consistent solution across clients and countries.\n\nKey about your role\n\nAs a Business Analyst in the Life Events department, you will work closely with our Product Owner, Development team, and and Delivery to ensure our products continue being the leading solutions. You will analyse and elaborate requirements coming in from our customers via Delivery and help evolve and design a standard solution to support customer’s needs.\n\nYou will have responsibility of tasks that include:\n\nAnalysing business requirements for pension processes and translating them into clear development and test tasks.\n\nShaping functional solutions and guiding developers throughout implementation within Life Events— Ranging from supporting brand new processes within the system, to help defining the implementation of new calculations.\n\nDemoing new features and enhancements to stakeholders.\n\nSupporting in quality assurance, through testing and bug intake.\n\nKey About you\n\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys working with complex systems, customers and calculations, and thrives on collaborating across international teams.\n\nIdeally, you have:\n\nAn educational background in pension, math, IT or a related field.\n\nAt least +5 years experience with software projects.\n\nExperience with or knowledge of the pension industry – this is a strong advantage.\n\nExperience with SQL or are comfortable working with databases and data analysis is a plus.\n\nHave a hands-on mindset, take ownership, and are comfortable driving tasks and issues forward.\n\nStrong numerical and analytical skills, as many of the tasks involve working extensively with data and calculations.\n\nExperience gathering and breaking down complex requirements into actionable tasks within IT projects.\n\nCommunicate confidently in English.\n\nUsing AI\n\nYou have used AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, GitHub Copilot or Cursor, in your work or your own projects.\n\nWhat we offer\n\nA flat and informal organization with a professional and supportive working environment.\n\nA profit share.\n\nInclusion days where you decide when to hold your public holidays.\n\nFive weeks of vacation and five Keylane days.\n\nA pension scheme where 13.25% is paid by Keylane and the individual contribution is 3%.\n\nFlexibility in the working environment.
