If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, we’d like to meet you!\nAs a Senior Technical Application Engineer in the LeanApps TAM team, you are one of the key experts responsible for the stability, security and performance of the LeanApps application for multiple Life & Pension customers. You will take ownership of complex incidents, improve application resilience and manage patching and upgrades across Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Database, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Java. Your work will have a direct impact on the quality and reliability of LeanApps. By combining your technical expertise with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, you will help us resolve issues, automate processes and continuously improve our SaaS platform.\nKey about your role\nYou will:\nTake ownership of complex incidents and problems on the LeanApps application, acting as a technical escalation point for colleagues and stakeholders.\nGuard and improve application uptime and resilience, implementing structural fixes and preventive measures for issues such as disk capacity problems, CPU bottlenecks, WebLogic availability issues and database performance bottlenecks.\nDesign, plan and execute patching and upgrade cycles for the underlying technology stack, including Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Database, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8/9, Java and related components, balancing risk, downtime and compliance requirements.\nManage the full lifecycle of client and server certificates, including planning renewals, coordinating with customers and ensuring secure deployment across environments.\nOversee web application and integration provisioning on WebLogic, including network/security configurations, whitelisting, deployments and end-to-end technical validation.\nDrive capacity management and monitoring: tuning thresholds, improving dashboards and automating responses where possible across Linux, WebLogic, Java and Oracle components.\nPlay a key role in external audits, penetration tests and disaster recovery/failover tests: preparing evidence, leading technical execution, and following up on remediation actions.\nContribute to the standardization and automation of TAM processes, including runbooks, shell scripts, Python tooling and configuration management with Ansible or Puppet where applicable.\nWork closely with product development, SaaS platform teams, database specialists and customer teams to align on changes, releases and longer-term roadmap items.\nCoach and mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge through documentation, pair troubleshooting and knowledge sessions.\nYou are comfortable making decisions in complex situations, keeping the overview under pressure and balancing customer expectations, security and operational risk.\nKey about your team\nYou will work in the LeanApps TAM team, part of Keylane SaaS organization:\nWe deliver best-in-class SaaS services from a secure, ISO-certified private cloud, ensuring our customers can focus on their core business while we manage the technical application platform.\nThe team consists of highly skilled IT professionals with strong expertise in Linux, databases, middleware, automation and security, combined with knowledge of the Life & Pension domain.\nWe work with standardized processes for migrations, implementations, patching, releases and operations, and continuously refine our way of working based on experience and feedback.\nLeanApps is an important application within Keylane;
