their potential impact on team productivity\nExecution & Delivery\nOwn the team's delivery process (SAFe/Scrum) and ensure predictable, high-quality output\nManage project planning, execution, and operational health of team systems\nProactively identify and remove blockers that impede team progress\nTrack and improve key metrics including velocity, quality, and operational stability\nEnsure the team consistently meets its commitments and delivery goals\nOptimize team workflows through strategic implementation of AI and automation tools\nPeople Leadership\nHire, onboard, and develop a diverse team of talented engineers\nConduct regular, meaningful 1:1s focused on growth and development\nProvide continuous feedback and coach engineers for career advancement\nWrite thoughtful performance reviews and create individual development plans\nFoster a culture of psychological safety, trust, and high performance\nBuild an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued\nGuide team members in developing AI literacy and effective use of AI tools\nCommunication & Collaboration\nAct as the primary communication hub between your team and stakeholders\nPartner closely with Product delivery and improve product quality\nWhat we're looking for\n3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams\n5+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical foundation\nProven track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams\nExperience with Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities\nStrong communication skills with ability to translate between technical and business contexts\nExperience with performance management, coaching, and
