(DSO) and cash collections performance\nWorking capital improvement across O2C and P2P\nInvoice cycle time and transactional processing efficiency\nCost-to-serve of finance operations\nAutomation and transformation delivery milestones\nAudit outcomes, control effectiveness and compliance metrics\nKnowledge and Experience\nExtensive experience in global finance operations / transactional finance leadership\nDeep expertise in Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes\nProven track record of leading large, multi-functional teams through senior leaders\nStrong experience in finance transformation, automation and process improvement\nStrong understanding of working capital, cash flow and operational finance metrics\nExperience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments (desirable)\nExperience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g. NetSuite,
