Vous aimez aussi explorer comment l’intelligence artificielle peut transformer le travail sur IBM i.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for an RPG/IBM i analyst to bridge business needs and the development team. You’ll turn requirements into clear solutions, support the team throughout development and make sure every release ships on time and to a high standard. You’ll work in an Agile team using the SAFe framework. You’re also keen to explore how artificial intelligence can transform work on IBM i.\nVos responsabilités\nAnalyse fonctionnelle\nRecueillir et analyser les besoins avec les parties prenantes (produit, clients, soutien).\nRédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et des critères d’acceptation clairs.\nAnalyser les impacts sur les applications IBM i existantes et proposer des solutions.\nSoutien au développement\nAccompagner les développeur·se·s dans la conception et la réalisation en RPG IV (ILE / Free) et SQL.\nFaire des revues de code et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques (modularité, lisibilité, performance).\nContribuer au développement lorsque nécessaire.\nLivraison\nParticiper aux cérémonies SAFe : PI Planning, planification de sprint, démos, rétrospectives.\nPlanifier et suivre les livraisons dans Jira, de l’analyse jusqu’à la mise en production.\nCoordonner les tests, la validation et le déploiement avec les équipes concernées.\nRepérer les risques tôt et proposer des plans d’action.\nLeadership et innovation\nÊtre un repère pour l’équipe : partager vos connaissances, faire du mentorat, encourager l’amélioration continue.\nRepérer et tester des usages concrets de l’IA (assistants de code, documentation, analyse de code existant, tests) et aider l’équipe à les adopter.\nProfil recherché\nCompétences techniques\nTrès bonne maîtrise de RPG IV, ILE et RPG Free.\nTrès bonne maîtrise de SQL sur Db2 for i (SQL intégré, requêtes, optimisation).\nExpérience avec les outils de développement modernes : VS Code (Code for IBM i), Git et GitHub.\nUtilisation de Jira dans un environnement Agile.\nExpérience de travail en mode Agile. Une connaissance de SAFe est un atout.\nCompétences professionnelles\nLeadership naturel et capacité à rassembler l’équipe autour d’objectifs communs.\nEsprit d’analyse et rigueur dans la documentation.\nCommunication claire, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, avec des publics techniques et non techniques.\nFrançais courant obligatoire.\nCe qui vous distingue\nVous utilisez déjà l’IA dans votre travail (p. ex. Knowledge of SAFe is an asset.\nProfessional skills\nNatural leadership and the ability to rally the team around shared goals.\nAnalytical mindset and rigorous documentation.\nClear written and spoken
