The primary focus is on analytical expertise, independent problem-solving, and influencing business decisions through data.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCasino Economics & Revenue Analytics\n\nAnalyze key casino metrics, including GGR, NGR, turnover, real-money and bonus bets, winnings, adjustments, and forfeits.\n\nInvestigate revenue fluctuations and identify the underlying business drivers.\n\nEvaluate revenue performance across GEOs, brands, VIP segments, promotions, and player lifecycle stages.\n\nEnsure accuracy and consistency of financial and gaming metrics.\n\nRetention & Player Monetization\n\nPerform cohort analysis covering retention, redeposits, ARPU, ARPPU, and LTV.\n\nAnalyze player behavior, deposit patterns, and lifecycle transitions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve retention and player monetization.\n\nDistinguish genuine performance changes from statistical fluctuations and changes in player composition.\n\nCRM, Bonuses & Product Analytics\n\nEvaluate CRM campaign performance, bonus effectiveness, promotional ROI, and incremental impact.\n\nAnalyze player segmentation, RFM models, behavioral funnels, and scoring methodologies.\n\nDesign and assess experiments to validate business hypotheses.\n\nIdentify campaign cannibalization, selection bias, and misleading performance indicators.\n\nAcquisition & Payments Analytics\n\nAnalyze acquisition performance across SEO, PPC, and affiliate channels.\n\nEvaluate CAC, FTD-to-redeposit conversion, cohort ROI, and LTV.\n\nInvestigate payment funnels, approval rates, failed transactions, and deposit friction.\n\nDetect anomalies and potential abuse patterns related to traffic, bonuses, and payments.\n\nAdvanced Analytics & Business Insights\n\nLead complex ad hoc analyses and root-cause investigations.\n\nDevelop reliable analytical frameworks and measurement methodologies.\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven business decisions.\n\nPresent analytical findings and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.\n\nChallenge assumptions and ensure transparency around analytical limitations.\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Analytics.\n\nSeveral years of hands-on experience in real-money iGaming, specifically within a B2C online casino operator.\n\nStrong understanding of casino economics, GGR/NGR, retention, monetization, player behavior, and revenue drivers.\n\nAdvanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, cohort calculations, and transactional data analysis.\n\nSolid knowledge of statistical analysis, experimentation, cohort analysis, and causal reasoning.\n\nProven ability to investigate KPI fluctuations and identify their root causes.\n\nExperience working independently with raw data and delivering reliable, reproducible analytical findings.\n\nStrong business understanding and ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.\n\nAbility to take ownership of analytical tasks and work with minimal supervision.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with BigQuery, ClickHouse, Tableau, GA4/GTM, Amplitude, Python, or Airflow.\n\nExperience analyzing multi-brand and multi-GEO iGaming operations.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of CRM analytics, bonus mechanics, and player lifecycle management.\n\nExperience with payment funnel optimization and fraud/abuse analytics.\n\nKnowledge of LTV forecasting and marketing attribution.\n\nExperience with experimental and quasi-experimental methodologies.\n\nWhat We Expect\n\nDuring the first 2–3 months:\n\nGain a deep understanding of the company's business metrics, data sources, and analytical processes.\n\nIndependently investigate changes in key business KPIs.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve analytical approaches and business performance.\n\nWithin the first 6 months:\n\nBecome a trusted analytical partner to the CAO and key business stakeholders.\n\nSupport strategic decisions across retention, monetization, acquisition, and payments.\n\nDeliver measurable, actionable insights that contribute to business
