You will help clarify integration requirements, investigate technical issues, coordinate testing, and support the launch and ongoing operation of payment integrations.\n\nWe are looking for a structured and proactive specialist who understands payment integration processes, can communicate technical requirements clearly, and can independently investigate and resolve integration-related issues.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide technical support to merchants throughout the integration of payment solutions.\n\nConsult merchants and internal teams on API documentation, integration requirements, and payment flow logic.\n\nCollect and clarify technical requirements, integration details, and provider-specific limitations before passing tasks to the development team.\n\nCommunicate technical requirements and clarifications to internal teams and coordinate implementation.\n\nVerify API requests, responses, integration parameters, and payment processing logic.\n\nOrganize and conduct testing of payment methods, deposit and payout flows, and other payment scenarios.\n\nCoordinate test payments and payouts in collaboration with QA engineers and other relevant teams.\n\nVerify transaction statuses, callbacks, redirect flows, and payment processing results.\n\nAnalyze technical errors, logs, and test results to identify potential integration issues.\n\nCommunicate with payment providers to investigate errors and decline cases and coordinate technical fixes and improvements.\n\nVerify new integrations, payment methods, and provider configurations before launch.\n\nEnsure that implemented integrations meet the agreed technical requirements.\n\nProvide technical support during the launch of new merchants and payment solutions.\n\nSupport existing integrations after launch and participate in troubleshooting technical issues.\nRequirements\n\nExperience in payment integrations, FinTech, payment processing, PSPs, or a related field.\n\nUnderstanding of payment integration processes and payment flows, including deposits and payouts.\n\nExperience working with API documentation and technical integration requirements.\n\nAbility to understand API requests and responses, transaction statuses, callbacks, redirects, and common integration issues.\n\nExperience testing payment scenarios and investigating technical errors.\n\nExperience communicating with payment providers and coordinating with development and QA teams.\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n\nExcellent communication and coordination skills.\n\nA structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.\n\nIntermediate or higher English level for communication with international payment providers and partners.\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with payment gateways, payment orchestration platforms, or payment service providers.\n\nFamiliarity with P2P payment flows and alternative payment methods.\n\nExperience working with multiple payment providers or merchants.\n\nExperience in high-risk payments, crypto, or other complex payment environments.\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as
