This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, and the ability to manage, motivate, and scale a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in promoting Keyper’s Rent Now, Pay Monthly (RNPM) solution and digital rent payment platform, building partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence within the leasing cycle.
