You will develop a deep understanding of customers’ businesses, needs, and challenges by collaborating with customers and R&D teams to define, develop, and implement solutions that turn customer visions into reality. This may include writing technical papers, customer-facing documents, application notes, and delivering customer training sessions and consulting services related to the application and products.\nAs needed, you will provide technical and marketing expertise across the company to support the development, testing, and refinement of new products and applications for the healthcare sector.
