Applications include PCI-E, DDR, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, etc.\nAdded advantage: Extends technical support to Optical Test products or solutions. Optical applications include optical passive components, active components, communication system testing.\nUnderstands and resolves customer's technical inquiry via remote channels such as phone, email, portal.\nPerforms research which may include replicating customer's issue in the lab and/or working with R&D to find resolution.\nDelivers start-up assistance or solution implementation to the customer via remote means.\nQualifies and refers sales opportunities for hardware, software and services to the Sales team. \nCreates and contributes technical articles to the KeysightCare Knowledge Base\nQualifications\nBachelors/Master/Doctorate Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.\nTypically, 10+ Years experience in using Test & Measurement instruments and software for digital and/or optical test. Knowledgeable with High Performance Oscilloscopes; added advantage if knowledgeable with Bit Error Rate Tester, optical test systems such as Optical Modulation Analyzer and Lightwave Component Analyzer.
