The ARK apprenticeship program is a rigorous 36-month paid apprenticeship with a mission to train, develop, and recruit rising technical talent in the North Bay. Apprentices are exposed to an environment where they can learn new skills, work on cutting-edge products, and get real-time feedback.\nApprentices join the program as Interns and participate in external coursework at Santa Rosa Junior College, on the job training at Keysight, and personalized mentorship. The company pays for tuition, books, and time to attend classes and trainings.\nThe program involves:\nCompany sponsored education in the Mechatronics program at Santa Rosa Junior College\nAttendance at biweekly lectures and workshops\nOn the job training in different manufacturing specialties\nProfessional mentorship from experienced technicanmentors\nARK Interns may be eligible to apply for permanent positions after completion of the ARK Program.
