We are seeking an advanced-level Business Process team member who combines functional supply chain depth with practical AI and data skills. You will work with planners, operations, order fulfillment partners, fab teams, and IT to turn analytics into better decisions and faster execution that support Keysight growth.\nResponsibilities\nPlanning and supply chain analytics\nBuild and maintain models for demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and lead-time analysis. Use statistical and machine learning methods (for example, forecasting, anomaly detection, and scenario analysis) to improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and working capital.\nAnalyze supply, demand, cost, and inventory data across sites to identify risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities, and recommend actions to planners and managers.\nSupport S&OP and planning cycles with data-driven insight, including supply-demand gaps, supplier and partner performance, and what-if scenarios.\nOperations and fab analytics\nAnalyze manufacturing and fab performance, including cycle time, yield, WIP, throughput, and capacity, to troubleshoot issues and predict supply outcomes.\nProvide internal customers with clear, current information on capacity, supply status, and lead times of semiconductor fab operations.\nSupport operations and supply chain projects, including planning tool, MES, and other supply chain initiatives, contributing requirements, testing, and process documentation.\nAI-enabled process improvement\nIdentify and implement automation and agentic AI opportunities within planning, supply chain, and operations workflows, such as exception triage, automated reporting, and data-quality checks. Use approved AI tools, including generative AI, to reduce manual effort.\nProgram management from design, development, execution, and continual process improvement.
