define clear metrics for standardized CM performance measurement.\nLead new CM line and site qualification by developing qualification requirements, executing qualification activities, assessing readiness, and managing risks through ramp and sustaining operations.\nServe as escalation focal for major CM quality, process, and product issues, ensuring disciplined containment, RCCA, preventive actions, communication cadence, and recovery plans.\nDrive global CM quality improvement and value-added engineering initiatives, including continuous process improvement, process standardization, cost improvement, capacity/capability enhancement, and manufacturing risk reduction.\nEstablish CM engineering processes and communication platforms for Keysight-wide use, including engineering change communication, material disposition, technical forums, and structured CM engagement routines.\nSupport new business acquisition integration at CMs, ensuring technical readiness, process alignment, compliance, and smooth transition into Keysight operating expectations.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Science, or related engineering discipline;
