Responsibilities

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen und Aufträgen im Bereich Support Order Management
  • Erfassung von Kundenanfragen im Auftragserfassungssystem sowie Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Steuerung der Serviceaufträge End-to-End (von der Anfrage bis zur Rechnungsstellung)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Response Team in Deutschland zur Übernahme und Qualifizierung von Anfragen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail als zentrale Schnittstelle
  • Abstimmung mit lokalen und globalen Servicezentren, der Logistik sowie weiteren internen Abteilungen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie schnelle und lösungsorientierte Klärung
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch effiziente und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Priorisierung von Anfragen unter Berücksichtigung von Dringlichkeit und Kundenanforderungen
  • Nach der Einarbeitung: selbstständige Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen in Salesforce

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Auftragsmanagement oder Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit einer lösungsorientierten und kundenfokussierten Arbeitsweise
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Internet und digitalen Tools
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-/CRM-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce) von Vorteil
