As a Customer Success Manager at Keysight and for Keysight, you will manage technical engagements with our very own hardware designers. You will work closely with them to optimize Design Flows and provide an integrated workflow. You will be supported by experienced and dedicated EDA professionals to achieve these goals. Along with your technical expertise, and deep experience with Keysight EDA solutions, you will need strong business acumen and project management skills to be a trusted advisor for elevated success.\nResponsibilities\nNurture and expand Keysight EDA solutions within the design & verification flows within Keysight Labs.\nPrioritize ongoing design and technical activities to articulate design flows, gaps and opportunities.\nDevelop success plans and execute these plans to elevate software adoption in new/improved workflows.\nUse strong Project Management skills to manage priority initiatives, enhancements, and escalations.\nContinuously look for opportunities to improve productivity and to maximize value while challenging status quo.\nCommunicate upwards to both Keysight Labs and Keysight EDA management.
