We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.\nThe Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Representative will serve as a key member of Keysight's occupational health and safety organization in Spain and support the company's Internal Prevention Service (Servicio de Prevención Propio - SPP). The role will help develop, implement, and sustain the EHS programs, processes, and organizational capabilities in line with regulatory requirements.\nThe successful candidate will independently lead workplace risk assessments, preventive planning activities, employee safety training, emergency preparedness programs, regulatory compliance efforts, and coordination of occupational health activities while aligning local requirements with Keysight's global EHS programs.\nResponsibilities\nOccupational Risk Prevention\nConduct and maintain workplace risk assessments for offices, laboratories, engineering spaces, and operational activities.\nIdentify hazards and evaluate risks related to employee health and safety.\nDevelop and manage preventive action plans and monitor implementation of corrective actions.\nSupport management of change reviews involving facilities, equipment, processes, and organizational changes.\nConduct incident investigations and support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.\nInternal Prevention Service (Servicio de Prevención Propio)\nSupport the development and ongoing operation of Keysight's Internal Prevention Service in Spain.\nProvide technical advice and support to managers, employees, and employee representatives regarding occupational risk prevention requirements.\nAssist in establishing prevention plans, procedures, documentation, governance processes, and reporting mechanisms required under Spanish law.\nCoordinate activities associated with the transition from an external prevention service model to an internal prevention structure.\nSupport interactions with employee representatives, prevention delegates, and regulatory authorities.\nPrevention Planning and Compliance\nDevelop and maintain prevention programs designed to reduce workplace risks and improve employee safety.\nEnsure compliance with applicable Spanish occupational health and safety regulations, including Law 31/1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention and Royal Decree 39/1997.\nMaintain legally required records, documentation, and compliance reports.\nMonitor regulatory developments and recommend actions necessary to maintain compliance.\nEmployee Training and Awareness\nDevelop and deliver employee safety training programs as required by Spanish legislation and company policy.\nEnsure employees receive appropriate information and training related to workplace risks and preventive measures.\nPromote employee engagement and participation in health and safety initiatives.\nSupport safety communication campaigns and awareness programs.\nEmergency Preparedness and Response\nDevelop and maintain emergency response and evacuation procedures.\nCoordinate emergency drills and exercises.\nSupport first aid, fire protection, and business continuity preparedness activities.\nEnsure emergency preparedness programs align with regulatory requirements and company standards.\nOccupational Health Coordination\nCoordinate occupational health surveillance activities in accordance with Spanish legal requirements.\nWork with authorized occupational health providers to support employee health monitoring programs.\nEnsure appropriate follow-up of occupational health recommendations and requirements.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related discipline.\nCertified Occupational Risk Prevention Professional (Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales).\nQualification in one or more of the recognized prevention specialties:\nSafety at Work\nIndustrial Hygiene\nErgonomics and Applied Psychosociology\nMinimum 3-5 years of EHS, occupational safety, or risk prevention experience.\nExperience performing workplace risk assessments and implementing preventive measures.\nWorking knowledge of Spanish occupational health and safety legislation.\nProfessional proficiency
