This role partners closely with business leaders, site management, workplace solutions teams, and functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and alignment with Keysight's global EHS Management System (EHSMS).\nThe successful candidate will drive regional EHS strategy, establish consistent governance and standards, support integration of acquired operations, and promote a culture that emphasizes prevention, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities\nRegional EHS Leadership\nLead EHS programs and initiatives across the EMEA region.\nDevelop and execute regional EHS strategies aligned with corporate objectives.\nProvide guidance and technical expertise to site leaders, workplace teams, and regional management.\nBuild strong partnerships with business and functional leaders to integrate EHS considerations into operational decision-making.\nEstablish and drive regional EHS goals, priorities, and performance expectations.\nCompliance and Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with applicable environmental, occupational health, and safety regulations across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.\nMonitor regulatory developments and communicate emerging requirements and business impacts.\nConduct compliance assessments and identify opportunities to strengthen regional performance.\nOversee corrective action programs and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.\nDrive proactive risk assessment and hazard mitigation processes across regional operations.\nProgram Standardization and Governance\nDevelop and implement consistent EHS policies, procedures, and best practices across EMEA locations.\nEstablish governance processes that improve visibility, accountability, and compliance performance.\nCreate scalable regional programs that support both existing operations and future growth.\nPromote consistency in contractor management, incident management, emergency preparedness, and operational risk controls.\nAcquisitions and Business Growth\nSupport EHS due diligence efforts associated with acquisitions and business expansion activities.\nEvaluate acquired locations and identify compliance, operational, and integration risks.\nDevelop and execute EHS integration plans for newly acquired businesses.\nPartner with local leadership to align acquired operations with Keysight standards and management systems.\nEHS Management Systems and Continuous Improvement\nSupport implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 aligned management systems.\nLead regional audits, assessments, and management review activities.\nDevelop meaningful metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure EHS performance.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and organizational maturity.\nShare lessons learned and best practices across the region.\nTraining, Culture, and Engagement\nChampion a proactive safety culture throughout the region.\nEnsure effective EHS training and awareness programs are making.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.\n8+ years of progressive EHS experience, including experience supporting multiple sites or countries.\nDemonstrated experience managing EHS programs within a multinational organization.\nStrong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulatory frameworks within Europe.\nExperience implementing and managing EHS management systems and compliance programs.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nAbility to travel throughout the EMEA region as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProfessional EHS certifications or advanced EHS qualifications.\nExperience supporting technology, engineering, laboratory, manufacturing, or office-based environments.\nExperience integrating acquired businesses into corporate EHS
