You will translate customer requirements into robust solutions, including measurement methods, uncertainty analysis, automated switching, and solution validation.\nUsing your extensive experience in electrical measurement science you will help teams estimate effort, design the “measurement system”, and assist with implementation ranging from circuitry to software and control logic.\nWorking in partnership with the software architect identify opportunities for leverage & reuse applying state of the art AI/ML methods as appropriate\nAs required, represent the work to end customers\nQualifications\nMasters/PhD degree in engineering or equivilent \nTypically 15 years practical experience designing rf/uW measurement systems\n5+ years working with simulation/modeling or comparable digital twin methoods\nDeep practical and theoretical knowledge of measurements & uncertainties in RF applications\nKnowledge of measurement products (e.g. spectrum analyzers, network analyzers), software architecture and test strategy\nDemonstrated ability to develop SW (Visual Studios C#/C++/VB, PERL, JAVA) to support model development and testing\nDemonstrated ability to work in a distributed development team\nSolid project management skills, preferably demonstrated in complex cross- functional, cross-regional environments.\nExcellent written, interpersonal communication and customer-facing skills.\nExcellent teamwork and mentoring skills.\nLocation: United States/ Santa Clara (preferred), Loveland or Santa Rosa site.\nITAR statement: This position requires access to certain goods, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
