Working on-site at our customer location in Nashua, NH, you will ensure the performance and integrity of industry-leading Keysight instruments that power critical engineering and development workflows.\nResponsibilities Include:\nPerform automated calibrations on a range of Keysight RF test and measurement instruments, including network analyzers, signal analyzers, and RF signal generators.\nServe as the on-site technical expert, maintaining strong, proactive communication with the customer to ensure optimal performance and availability of both customer-owned and Keysight test equipment assets.\nAlign customer expectations with Keysight’s service capabilities, ensuring a seamless and high-quality support experience.\nDiagnose test failures by distinguishing between hardware issues and system-level software problems, determining whether repair, realignment, or additional troubleshooting is required.\nExecute calibration, adjustment, and verification procedures following product upgrades, modifications, or firmware changes.\nUtilize PC-based software tools to support calibration workflows, data analysis, and instrument configuration.\nInstall and validate software and firmware updates, including full instrument reimaging when required.\nQualifications\nThis critical role requires the following skills:\nEducation & Experience\nTechnical school training, Military PMEL/TMDE background, or equivalent industry experience.\nMinimum of 4 years of hands-on experience supporting test and measurement instrumentation.\n\nTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of project timelines, goals, and processes, with the ability to complete tasks independently and accurately.\nAbility to interface effectively between the customer and Keysight teams to resolve complex technical and project-related challenges.\nRF/microwave calibration and repair experience up to 50 GHz is highly desirable.\nPrior experience servicing or calibrating Keysight RF test equipment is a plus.\nFamiliarity with automated calibration software platforms is beneficial.\n\nCommunication & CollaborationStrong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, peers, and cross-functional teams.\n\nLogistics & Physical RequirementsMust reside in the Nashua, NH area or be willing to relocate independently.\nAbility to lift up to 35 lbs as part of routine job duties.\nMust be a U.S. citizen.\n\nPay Range:\nUSD $73,580.00 - USD $122,630.00 Year\nCareers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***\nJoin us as a key technical expert responsible for delivering high-precision calibration services for RF test and measurement equipment.
