Technical Support and Maintenance:\nDiagnose, repair, and maintain the company’s technical products and equipment.\nProvide remote or onsite technical support to customers.\nEvaluate test failures, distinguishing between hardware and system software to determine if repair or re-alignment is required.\nPerform calibration and adjustment procedures on measurement and test equipment.\nTrain customers on product usage and maintenance.\n2. Installation and Optimization:\nInstall and optimize hardware, software, and network products and configurations at customer sites.\nEnsure compatibility between customer expectations and support provided by the company.\nInstall software and firmware upgrades, which may include re-imaging the customer’s instrument.\n3. Customer Satisfaction and Communication:\nAdvise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that impact product performance.\nProactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruptions in customers’ business.\nEstablish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure optimal performance of their test equipment assets.\n4. Integrated Solutions and Training:\nDeliver fully integrated solutions (does not involve design), including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and applications software.\nServe as an internal resource on technical issues and have knowledge of third-party products.\nConduct internal technical training, maintenance seminars, and workshops for field engineers or customers.\nTrain other field engineers or customers as needed.\n5. Lead Qualification and System Expertise:\nMay qualify leads for potential business opportunities.\nPossess expertise in the company’s systems and products.\nQualifications\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor or above Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent\nMinimum of 5 years related experience in Support of Test and Measurement instruments, or of equivalent fields\nExcellent troubleshooting skills are essential\nFluent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English to interface with customers and peers.\nPrior calibration and repair service experience with Keysight Test Equipment is a plus.\nFamiliarity with automated calibration software platforms is a plus.\nExposure to Test and Measurement industry is a plus.\nSpecific Knowledge and Expertise:\nProficiency in RF/Microwave repair and calibration up to 50 GHz is a strong advantage.\nExperience with High Voltage equipment or knowledge of electrical testing techniques and test equipment is beneficial.\nCareers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***\n1.
