for onsite campaign\nMaintenance of the various calibration software platforms.\nCalibration station setup / teardown\nPerform safety test on equipment\nCarry out onsite calibration jobs at the customer sites for Keysight and multi-vendor products\nDeal directly with customer requests and inquiries, ensures customer satisfaction\nCalibrate T&ME, including troubleshooting, problem isolation & provide technical technical feedbacks to customers\nEstablish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure we capture and meet customer expectation\nCompile OOT report for customer notification or problem resolution\nAssist in maintaining the calibration team’s accreditation through participation in proficiency testing, quality measure assurance programs, and applicable training\nEnsure calibration services comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements\nSetup new calibration capability for Keysight and multi-vendor products\nValidate the new procedures, use of technical manuals\nInvestigate out of tolerance of measurement standards and implement corrective action\nServe as an internal resource on technical issues support\nDeliver other assignments as provided\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Applied Physics and a broad knowledge of the measurement science\nTypically 3-5 years relevant experience in Test and Measurement instruments for entry to this level\nExperience in DC & low frequency and RF & microwave metrology\nAdvantage with having knowledge of quality standards for ISO 9001, ANSI/NCSL Z540-3, and ISO/IEC 17025\nOnsite Calibration fundamentals knowledge, ESD precaution awareness\nMust be able to work with minimal supervision and interface effectively with team members and customers\nDemonstrate
