We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.\nOur Keysight El Segundo Facility is an ANAB Accredited, ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 and Z540-1 Calibration Service Center supporting Keysight electrical and mechanical product and multi-vendor electrical and mechanical product.\nResponsibilities\nCalibrate and perform adjustments on company and multi-vendor electronic measurement and test equipment.\nUse test automation platforms and software to perform calibrations.\nPerform manual calibration procedures on measurement and test equipment.\nSolve problems requiring breadth/depth of knowledge of calibration, metrology principles, and preventative maintenance techniques. Recommend corrective actions resulting in solutions that are cost effective and enhance the process.\nUse software skills and/or technical ability to fix, enhance or develop calibration procedures. Ensure that all changes are approved and documented appropriately.\nUse daily work schedules to appropriately factor volume, priority, customer expectations, and service center goals into decision making processes.\nMaximize the use of existing assets, multi-task effectively and ensure resources are used properly.\nMaintain high workmanship standards, take ownership of commitments and deliver on them.\nProvide consistent, solid contribution to team and service center delivery goals.\nQualifications\nBachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. \nTypically 3-5 years directly related experience in calibration for entry to this level.\nSolid working knowledge of Windows, MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook. \nMaintain a positive attitude and provide constructive dialogue with respect to business strategies, direction and policies. Understand the service business and remain flexible to changing business needs. \nRequires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.\nLearn new, emerging technologies rapidly. Quickly become proficient in calibration support and adjustment as new products are introduced.
