solutions marketing lead for grid test solution offerings that are either active revenue drivers or strategic growth bets.\nOwn solution and product lifecycle for a portfolio of power grid test solutions, from strategy through launch, growth, discontinuance, and transition to next-generation platforms.\n Define and execute global launch strategies, including creation of differentiated commercial messaging, critical collateral (data sheets, customer presentations, web content), and global channel training.\nDrive commercial and profit-impacting decisions, including pricing, solution structure, discount strategy, channel approach, demo capabilities, as well as material forecast commitments.\nLead cross-functional execution across R&D, Planning, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, and OF to deliver successful product and solution launches and sustained portfolio growth.\nAct as a strategic feedback vector between customers, the field, and R&D/planning teams, influencing roadmap direction and future investment decisions based on market and customer insight.\nServe as the product and solution subject-matter expert for field enablement to enable effective positioning, differentiation, and deal execution globally.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience in product, solution, or program leadership roles.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and execute product or program strategy in a complex, cross-functional environment.\nStrong understanding of complex technical products, with the ability to translate customer and market needs into clear product and business requirements.\nProven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced,
