Today, Keysight Device Security consists of more than 150 specialists with diverse technical and academic backgrounds, working from our office in Delft, the Netherlands.\nWe are looking for an enthusiastic Hardware Project Manager / PLM Specialist to join our Hardware Development Team.\nIn this role, you combine project management with hands-on ownership of product lifecycle management activities. You act as project manager for hardware development projects while ensuring that our products are correctly represented throughout their lifecycle in Keysight's PLM environment.\nA key part of this role is maintaining product structures, managing engineering changes, coordinating product releases and ensuring compliance and manufacturing readiness. You will work extensively with Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE and collaborate closely with engineering, product management, quality, sourcing, manufacturing and order fulfilment teams.\nWorking together with a multidisciplinary development team, you help bring innovative hardware products to market and ensure they can be manufactured, delivered and supported efficiently throughout their lifecycle.\nResponsibilities\nAct as project manager for hardware development projects from concept through release, production handover and shipment.\n\nCreate and maintain project plans, track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.\n\nCoordinate resource allocation across New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and product updates.\n\nWork closely with Product Management to prioritize activities and align project execution with business objectives.\n\nEnsure all deliverables required for Quality Sign-Off are completed on time.\n\nCoordinate the transition from development into manufacturing and Order Fulfilment.\n\nMaintain product structures, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering documentation in Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE.\n\nManage engineering change and product release processes, ensuring product information remains accurate throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nEnsure products comply with applicable regulatory and environmental requirements, including RoHS compliance.\n\nImplement and coordinate product composition and documentation changes, either independently or together with subject matter experts.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and operations teams to continuously improve product lifecycle processes and release efficiency.\n\nQualifications\nYou hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a comparable technical discipline, or have gained equivalent experience through your career.\n\nYou have experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical development projects.\n\nYou have strong organizational and stakeholder management skills and enjoy working across different functions and teams.\n\nYou have hands-on experience with PLM systems, preferably Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE.\n\nYou are familiar with managing product data, Bills of Materials, engineering documentation and Engineering Change processes.\n\nExperience with Keysight product lifecycle processes and the Keysight PLM environment is highly preferred.\n\nExperience working with electronics products is preferred.\n\nYou
