conversion upon management discretion.\nResponsibilities\nSupport payroll tasks for EMEA countries.\nEnsuring that payroll activities, processes and results are compliant with company policies and statutory requirement.\nResponsible for the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll to ensure payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.\nReview, reconcile and analyse payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.\nLead investigation and resolution of payroll issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.\nManage payroll vendors to ensure payroll outputs are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.\nHandle and resolve enquiries about pay and statutory related matter.\nCollaborate cross-functionality to achieve high-quality outcomes and deliverables.\nExploring opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.\nMinimum of 2-3 years of Payroll operations knowledge or practical experience in HR/Payroll in a multinational environment is preferred.\nExcellent written and spoken communication skills (English).\nA team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, proactive and the ability to work independently.\nStrong organizational skills and an attention to detail.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.\nStrong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.\nComputer
