This role works cross-functionally with planning, production, and quality teams to proactively manage material flow, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized, audit-ready inventory systems.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nInventory Management & Material Availability\nMonitor inventory levels and material requirements to ensure readiness for scheduled production builds\nProactively identify and resolve potential material shortages or constraints\nMaintain accurate inventory records across systems and perform routine reconciliations\nManage raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory\nSystems & Data Accuracy\nMonitor and maintain alignment between inventory systems (e.g., ERP/MES platforms)\nInvestigate discrepancies and escalate issues as needed to ensure data integrity\nMaintain system parameters such as minimum stock levels and replenishment triggers\nSupport integration and continuous improvement of inventory tracking processes\nLogistics & Material Flow\nCoordinate movement of materials between internal departments and external partners\nOrganize and manage material flow on the production floor to support efficiency\nOversee storage locations, bin management, and material staging processes\nSupport outbound and inbound logistics activities as required\nProduction Support\nCollaborate with planning teams to ensure timely material availability\nManage specialized inventory categories (e.g., critical components, wafers, or subassemblies)\nSupport production readiness through material preparation and allocation\nAssist with returns, material holds, and release updates\nProcess Improvement & Organization\nDrive workplace organization and inventory control through 5S and lean principles\nParticipate in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives\nEnsure compliance with inventory audit requirements and support regular cycle counts\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and material handling processes\nQualifications\nQualifications\nExperience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment\nFamiliarity with ERP and/or MES systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar)\nStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with multiple teams\nExperience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S) is a plus\nPreferred Skills\nData analysis and reporting experience\nExperience supporting high-mix or high-tech manufacturing environments\nKnowledge of inventory control best practices and audit processes\nPay Range:\nUSD $72,140.00 -
