In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level AEM solutions, working closely with architects, content authors, and business stakeholders to build scalable and high-performing digital experiences.\nResponsibilities\n As an AEM Developer\nDesign and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and content models using AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms\nLead end-to-end AEM implementation projects from requirements through deployment & issue resolution.\nIntegrate AEM with third-party systems via REST APIs, GraphQL, and AEM Content Fragments\nArchitect multi-site, multi-language AEM solutions using Live Copy and Language Copy\nOptimize AEM performance through Dispatcher configuration, caching strategies, and CDN integration\nGuide and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews\nEnsure adherence to AEM best practices, security standards, and accessibility (WCAG)\nDispatcher and CDN configuration\nRequired Skills & Experience\nAEM Core\nHands-on AEM development experience (CQ5 through AEM 6.x and Cloud)\nStrong expertise in AEM Sites, DAM, Workflows, and MSM (Multi-Site Manager)\nProficient in Core Components, Editable Templates, and Content Fragment/Experience Fragment\nHands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) - cloud-native author/publish/preview architecture, Cloud Manager CI/CD pipelines, and Rapid Development Environments (RDEs)\nExperience migrating from AEM 6.x (on-premise or Adobe Managed Services) to AEM as a Cloud Service using the Best Practices Analyzer, Repository Modernizer, and Content Transfer Tool\nWorking knowledge of AEM Edge Delivery Services and the Universal Editor for document-based authoring and headless/hybrid experiences (Preferred)\nFamiliarity with Cloud Service Assets capabilities -
