The ideal candidate combines strong front-end development skills with a solid design sensibility, and brings proven expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to help build and maintain scalable, component-driven applications on the enterprise content platform.\nThis role sits at the intersection of design and engineering within the IT Business Applications function - translating wireframes and design systems into responsive, accessible, production-ready interfaces within an AEM-based platform.\nDesign and develop responsive, user-centric web interfaces from wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications. \nBuild, customize, and maintain AEM components, templates, and client libraries (HTL/Sightly, JS, CSS). \nCollaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers to translate design concepts into functional AEM pages and components. \nEnsure UI consistency by contributing to and maintaining a shared design system / component library. \nOptimize front-end performance, page load times, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility. \nConduct usability reviews and incorporate feedback from user testing into design and development iterations. \nEnsure all interfaces meet accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA compliance). \nParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. \nTroubleshoot and resolve UI-related defects across the AEM platform.\nStay current with UI/UX trends, front-end frameworks, and AEM platform updates.\nQualifications\nB.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computers, IT or other related streams with 3-5 years of working experience with following skills:\n3 - 5 years of experience in UI/UX development, front-end engineering, or a related role.\nHands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - component development, templates, HTL/Sightly, Sling models, and client libraries.\nStrong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS/LESS, JavaScript (ES6+).\nExperience with modern front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) integrated with AEM.\nSolid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.\nProficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).\nStrong grasp of UX principles - usability, information architecture, and interaction design.\nExperience working with design systems and component libraries.\nFamiliarity with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum development practices.\nUnderstanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 / ADA).\nStrong attention to detail and ability to bridge design intent with technical implementation.\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication skills and ability to articulate design/technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nCollaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional, Agile teams.\nProblem-solving orientation with a keen eye for detail and design consistency.\nPreferred (Nice to Have)\nAEM certification (Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Developer).\nExperience with AEM as a Cloud Service.\nFamiliarity with headless AEM / GraphQL implementations.\nExposure to A/B testing and analytics tools (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).\nExperience with cross-functional collaboration in large-scale enterprise environments.\nBasic knowledge of Java/backend concepts relevant to AEM development.\nCareers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***\nWe are looking for a IT Engineer, Software (Intermediate) with 3-5 years of hands-on experience building and supporting business-critical web applications.
