mechanical or experience in project management.\nProficiency in 2D/3D modeling and simulation tools (specify preferred software) or relevant project management and data analysis tools.\nAnalytical expected to:\nPerform DfX reviews and ensure designs meet manufacturability and reliability standards.\nDevelop prototypes and conduct performance testing and failure analysis.\nCollaborate with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and timely project execution.\nCreate and maintain detailed engineering, project, and process documentation.\nDeliver manufacturing outputs and/or project milestones aligned with schedule, cost, and quality targets.\nDrive project planning, issue resolution, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the product lifecycle.\nDemonstrate flexibility in taking on diverse engineering and project management tasks as required by project scope.\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development, manufacturing engineering, or project management.\nStrong understanding of automation systems is an advantage.\nExperience leading cross-functional projects, product introductions, manufacturing transfers, or production ramp
