We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.\nResponsibilities\nThis critical role will\nSupport configuration and maintenance of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to enable manufacturing workflows\nWork with manufacturing and process engineering teams to translate requirements into MES configurations and system enhancements\nAssist in implementing MES features such as routing, data collection, and traceability\nParticipate in testing, validation, and rollout of MES changes and new capabilities\nTroubleshoot MES-related issues and support root cause analysis under guidance of senior engineers\nContribute to development of lightweight scripts, tools, or integrations to support MES functionality\nHelp document system configurations, workflows, and operating procedures\nSupport user training and provide day-to-day assistance to manufacturing teams using MES\nCollaborate with IT and engineering teams on system integration and data flow improvements\nIdentify opportunities to improve manufacturing workflows through better system usage and standardization\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n 1-3+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related technical roles (internship/co-op experience strongly considered)\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes in semiconductor or relevant high-tech environment\nStrong computer skills, including comfort working with technical systems, data, and software tools\nBasic programming or scripting ability (e.g., SQL, Python, C#, or similar)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams\nPreferred\nExposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) through coursework, internships, or work experience\nExperience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments\nCritical Manufacturing (CMF) MES certification\nFamiliarity with databases, data analysis, or system configuration\nExperience working on process improvement or system implementation projects\nInterest in manufacturing systems, automation, or digital transformation\nThe role will be based at our HQ in Santa Rosa, CA. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Santa Rosa area.\nThis position requires access to certain goods, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
