Working closely with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Service, and NPI teams, you will help ensure product quality, performance, and reliable manufacturing operations.\nThe role combines hands-on electronics troubleshooting, product testing, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement activities. You will contribute to the repair, validation, and production support of RF modules and electronic assemblies while helping maintain high standards for quality and operational performance.\nKeys to Success\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on Electronics Technician who enjoys troubleshooting hardware issues, working with RF technologies, and supporting manufacturing operations. Success in this role comes from strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, collaboration, and a willingness to learn while contributing to product quality and continuous improvement initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nHardware Troubleshooting and Repair\nDiagnose and troubleshoot failures on RF modules, electronic assemblies, and complete systems.\n\nPerform board-level and module-level repair activities using electrical schematics, test equipment, and diagnostic tools.\n\nIdentify root causes of manufacturing and field-return failures and implement corrective actions.\n\nSupport qualification, validation, and verification activities for new and existing products.\n\nManufacturing Support\nProvide technical support to manufacturing operations to ensure product quality, delivery performance, and process stability.\n\nSupport production testing, debugging, assembly, and integration activities.\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams during new product introduction (NPI) and production transfer activities.\n\nAssist in developing and improving manufacturing processes, work instructions, and technical documentation.\n\nEquipment Maintenance\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing test equipment, fixtures, and tools.\n\nSupport calibration and verification activities of measurement systems and test equipment.\n\nEnsure equipment reliability and availability to support manufacturing schedules.\n\nContinuous Improvement & RCA\nParticipate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations related to quality, manufacturing, and reliability issues.\n\nSupport implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, improving yield, and increasing operational efficiency.\n\nMaintain accurate repair records, failure analysis reports, and technical documentation.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nTechnical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.\n 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, repair, test, or technical support environments.\nExperience troubleshooting electronic assemblies and hardware systems.\nUnderstanding of analog and digital electronics.\nExperience using laboratory and diagnostic equipment such as:Oscilloscopes\nSpectrum Analyzers\nSignal Generators\nDigital Multimeters\nNetwork Analyzers\n\nAbility to interpret electrical schematics, manufacturing documentation, and technical drawings.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.\nAdditional Experience That Would Be Valuable\nExperience working with RF modules, wireless communication systems, or telecommunications equipment.\nKnowledge of Root Cause Analysis methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Fault Tree Analysis, etc.).\nExperience supporting manufacturing equipment maintenance and calibration activities.\nFamiliarity with NPI (New Product Introduction) environments.\nKnowledge of quality and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce) and manufacturing documentation processes and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.\nPrevious experience in high-tech electronics or instrumentation industries.\nLanguage Requirements\nGood written and spoken English.\nAbility to communicate effectively with international teams and manufacturing sites.\nSalary Range (Italy): €30,260.00 - €50,430.00 gross annual\nCCNL: Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (CCNL Commercio)\nWhile posted at a specific level, this role may be filled at a different level based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
