procurement activities. \nEstablishes and manages supplier relationships including MOQ management, support end to end process from reviewing demand and supply, PO management/ processing, rescheduling/ pull list management, shortage closure, On time delivery (OTD), shipment arrangement, defective parts Management to avoid impact to customer’s/ Keysight operation.\nSupport Revenue maximization, Inventory Reduction, Cost Saving initiatives.\nSupport process improvement efforts to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards continuous improvement.\nQualifications\nBachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.\nTypically 2-4 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.\nGood in time management to manage
