This role is to lead and support procurement process enhancement and digitalisation initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities, translating business requirements into digital solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement automation, analytics, dashboards, and system enhancements that improve operational efficiency, visibility, governance, and decision-making.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nDrive procurement process enhancement and digitalisation initiatives to improve efficiency, visibility, control, and user experience.\nReview current procurement workflows, identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and manual activities, and recommend improvements.\nTranslate procurement business requirements into system enhancements, automation, dashboards, and digital workflows.\nPartner with Procurement, IT, Data and cross-functional teams to develop, test, deploy, and sustain digital solutions.\nDevelop and enhance procurement analytics using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, ERP systems, and automation platforms.\nSupport process mapping, requirement gathering, UAT, implementation, documentation, and user training.\nEstablish KPIs and dashboards to track process efficiency, supplier performance, inventory, compliance, and procurement operational performance.\nDrive data accuracy, standardisation, governance, and single-source-of-truth reporting.\nEnsure digital enhancements deliver measurable business outcomes, including reduced manual effort, faster decision-making, better visibility, and stronger governance.\nQualifications\nQualifications:\nBachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics /Programming or equivalent\n7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, engineering or planning.A combination of supply-chain knowledge and digital/IT exposure would be ideal.\n\nFamiliar and possess strong business sense on supply chain, planning fundamentals and inventory management systems\nStrong Excel and data-analysis capability. Working knowledge of Power BI, dashboarding and KPI development.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP/RR and SharePoint.
