Oversees activities related to supplier evaluation, selection and supplier management. Collaborates with management in R&D, Marketing and Manufacturing to contribute to new product/technology plans, implementation and strategies to ensure the supply base supports requirements. Develops plans/strategies, third-party relationships and specific programs in order to achieve business objectives. May lead supply chain strategy development and implementation to assure best cost, optimal inventory, assurance of supply, and materials product generation support for a business.\nWe are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented analyst to lead the end-to-end management of Component Life Time Buy (LTB) processes. This role ensures continuity of supply for end-of-life (EOL) components, mitigates risks associated with obsolescence, and supports long-term product sustainability through proactive planning and execution.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement LTB strategies in alignment with product lifecycle and business continuity plans.\nCollaborate with engineering, procurement, and product teams to identify components at risk of obsolescence.\nForecast long-term component demand and determine optimal buy quantities.\nLead cross-functional teams including Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to execute LTB plans.\nCoordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to secure and manage LTB inventory.\nDrive procurement efforts and initiatives program to support organization’s Key Deliverable Metrics (KPI)\nStrong data analytical skills to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements and solution\nAbility to lead, drive & resolve problem, to support organization & to achieve supply chain operation excellence\nManage supplier collaboration negotiation including contract and agreement review when need arises\nAble to keep up to pace with business transformation and leverage technology to help in procurement functions\nQualifications\nQualifications:\nBachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics /Programming or equivalent\n5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, engineering or product lifecycle management.\nFamiliar and possess strong business sense on supply chain, planning fundamentals and inventory management systems\nSolid judgement with decision making and problem-solving skills\nDemonstrate strong leadership capabilities to lead small team players\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nExcellent analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.\nDemonstrate ability to multi-task and remain focused in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\nAbility to work in a team environment, internally & cross-functionally\nProficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) and data analysis tools.\nProficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint and Macro.
