procurement support related problems, AOS escalation, issues and lead creative solutions to ensure AOS stability.\nEstablishes and manages supplier relationships including MOQ management, support end to end process from reviewing demand and supply, PO management/ processing, rescheduling/ pull list management, shortage closure, On time delivery (OTD), shipment arrangement, Defective Parts Management to avoid impacts to customer’s/ keysight operation\nEffective/ Optimized inventory management \nResponsible for contributing to or leading process improvement efforts to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement\nWilling to support at night (when needed) since suppliers are based in US\nQualifications\nBachelor or master’s degree (preferably in IT/ computer Science)\nMinimum 5+years practical experience in an ERP-based supply chain environment\nProficient in Microsoft
