automated and manual assembly lines for RF/Microwave productsAnalyzing, troubleshooting, and solving product quality issue related to process\nResolving process problems with incoming material/parts or machine issues to improve process yield\nBringing all process to meet process quality requirement \nResponsible for all quality documentation as required for the manufacturing process \n\nIdentify and initiate value engineering cost reduction activities and lead continuous improvement projectsReorganize processes to improve the productivity of assembly lines \nRedesigning the jig and fixture/tooling to improve process and eliminate sources of repetitive motion injury (RMI) problems \nReviewing and revising process/machine parameter setting to improve process yield \nInvolving in new process technology exploration and innovation \n\nWorks on manufacturing engineering assignments with broadly defined objectives \nSolves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization \nParticipate in new product transfer and outsourcing project\nQualifications\nBachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent\nFinal year student or candidates
