This position will play an important role in enabling data-driven decision making for capacity planning while supporting the development of standardized Calibration and Adjust Test Station Bill of Materials (BOMs) to advance KGSO's Global Operations.\nThis part-time position will work closely with engineering, operations, and service teams to analyze shipment data, improve equipment classification accuracy, and establish foundational engineering documentation supporting test station harmonization across KGSO.\nRTF Data Analysis & Capacity Planning\nAnalyze transshipment data to identify trends, drivers, and operational impacts.\nDevelop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports supporting KGSO capacity and capability planning.\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through data-driven recommendations.\nSupport leadership reviews by preparing summarized findings and performance metrics.\nProduct Categorization & Equipment Analysis\nPerform technical review and categorization of currently uncategorized products.\nValidate product classifications using engineering documentation, product specifications, and business requirements.\nImprove equipment master data quality to support forecasting, planning, and operational reporting.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize categorization methodologies.\nHarmonized Test Station Support\nResearch existing test stations across KGSO sites.\nDocument station configurations, components, and capabilities.\nDevelop and maintain Measurement & Test Equipment (M&TE) BOMs for currently undefined stations.\nAssist in creating standardized test station definitions supporting global harmonization initiatives.\nSupport engineering teams in identifying common equipment and infrastructure requirements across service centers.\nQualifications\nEducation Qualifications\nPursuing a Bachelor's in:Electrical Engineering\nMechanical Engineering\nIndustrial Engineering\nSystems Engineering\nData Analytics\nComputer Engineering\nRelated technical discipline\n\nTechnical Qualifications\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.\nAbility to organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets.\nKnowledge of engineering documentation and BOM structures.\nFamiliarity with test equipment, calibration processes, or manufacturing/service operations is preferred.\nThe level of the role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills.
