We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.\nResponsibilities\nParticipates actively in new product introduction, including influencing the design of the microcircuit to ensure manufacturability and conformance with the global supply chain, enabling prototyping while in the R&D lab, testing the reliability of prototypes and managing the transition into production.\nAs the R&D engineer you will be actively involved in new product introduction processes, including insuring manufacturability and conformance with the global supply chain.\nYou will prototype, test the reliability and conformance to required specifications, and manage the transition of new designs into production.\nDesign, develop, implement and transfer mmWave products and manufacturing test processes into production.\nWork closely with designers to ensure manufacturability and high yields of mmWave module production.\nDevelop new test methodologies leveraging current and using latest techniques to reduce measurement uncertainty and increase throughput.\nInsure DFx by working closely with R&D team during all phases of the project.\nCreate and document the test system block diagram, the test system and ETs (electronic tools) for mmWave production.\nEvaluate / set production line specs based on statistical data analysis.
