Our team develops industry-leading mm-wave front-end products addressing a wide range of applications, including AI/ML, 5G, 6G, Automotive Radar, and Aerospace & Defense, in close collaboration with our Centers of Excellence and Industry Solutions Groups.\nResponsibilities\nHelp lead the architecture and definition of new products and own all phases of the RF/Microwave design process from concept through production, ensuring products meet performance, manufacturability, and reliability qualification requirements.\nDesign novel RF/Microwave signal conditioning components across a variety of cutting-edge technology platforms.\nDevelop electromagnetic models to accurately characterize complex RF and microwave subsystems.\nDevelop test plans and perform characterization, validation, and troubleshooting of RF/mm-wave designs and prototypes using advanced measurement techniques.
