It has the following main objectives:\nDevelopment of automated test solutions for new components, products and systems in the domains Photonics / Fiber-Optical communication and High-Speed BERT / AWG.\nMaintain and improve the test platform and the related IT infrastructure to support the best-in-class execution of NPIs (New Product Introduction).\nOur customers are the local Optical Technology center, the local R&D teams, Keysight Labs and R&D teams worldwide and the Keysight Service Centers.\nAs engineering manager for Test Solutions and Test Platform, you lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, and you are a key contributor for successful product and technology introductions.\nYour assignment includes:\nLeading and developing the engineering team along the product lifecycle, including test engineers for Photonics and High-Speed digital and SW engineers for platform development & tools, IT infrastructure and Data Analytics.\nOwn KPIs like Test Time / Reliability / robustness, Test Cost, Test Process yield.\nFacilitate Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions in Cross-Functional teams\nAct as partner for manufacturing teams and R&D teams, provide the right skills long-term.\nProvide innovative test solutions during component / product process development, qualification, which ensure scaling from prototype to volume production.\nIntroducing tools, automation, and software-driven manufacturing concepts and solutions.\nContributing to strategic initiatives, translating technology roadmaps into executable engineering plans.\nBuilding a strong engineering culture focused on technical excellence, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nQualifications\nM.
