simulation, EW, and validation of next-generation navigation technologies.\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking a highly motivated Solution Engineer to support the growth of Keysight's PNT/GNSS business across France and contribute to broader European opportunities.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, product specialists, and customers to understand mission requirements and demonstrate how Keysight solutions address challenges related to GNSS testing, navigation warfare, PNT assurance, and resilient navigation systems.\nThis role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, solution development, and business growth responsibilities.\nHolding an EU Passport is mandatory.\nResponsibilities\nCustomer Engagement\nAct as the primary technical advisor for PNT/GNSS opportunities in France.\n\nUnderstand customer requirements across defense, aerospace, space, governmental, and commercial sectors.\n\nConduct technical discussions with system architects, navigation engineers, test engineers, and program managers.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.\n\nSolution Development\nDevelop and present end-to-end Keysight solutions addressing:\n\nGNSS signal generation and simulation\n\nPNT validation and test\n\nMulti-constellation GNSS testing\n\nAnti-jam and anti-spoofing evaluation\n\nNavigation warfare and EW-related test scenarios\n\nHardware-in-the-loop and system-level validation\n\nDefine technical architectures and proof-of-concept demonstrations.\n\nSupport proposal development and technical responses to tenders.\n\nBusiness Development\nContribute to account plans and growth strategies.\n\nSupport regional marketing activities, seminars, workshops, and conferences.\n\nInternal Collaboration\nCollaborate with product management and R&D to communicate customer requirements.\n\nShare best practices and technical knowledge across the organization.\n\nQualifications\nEducation\nMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.\n\nBusiness proficiency in English and French languages.\n\nExperience\n5+ years of relevant experience in Aerospace & Defense, Space, Navigation, GNSS, PNT, Electronic Warfare, or RF/MW test and measurementenvironments\n\nTechnical Skills\nStrong understanding of:\nGNSS architectures and constellations\n\nPositioning and timing concepts\n\nRF measurements and instrumentation\n\nSignal generation and signal analysis\n\nSimulation and emulation techniques\n\nSystem integration and validation\n\nExperience with one or more of:\nGNSS simulators\n\nSignal generators\n\nSpectrum analyzers\n\nChannel emulators\n\nSoftware-defined radio platforms\n\nNavigation testing frameworks\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting defense customers.\n\nUnderstanding of GNSS
