integrated marketing programs, including events, webinars, digital campaigns, and partner activities.\n\nLocalize and deploy global campaigns for the Japan market.\n\nEnsure flawless delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with corporate standards.\n\nEvent & Customer Engagement\nManage end-to-end execution of customer events, technical seminars, industry conferences, and virtual programs.\n\nCoordinate agencies, vendors, speakers, logistics, and attendee communications to deliver exceptional customer experiences.\n\nLead Management & Demand Generation\nOwn marketing lead operations, including lead routing, quality monitoring, SLA tracking, and sales follow-up support.\n\nPartner with Sales to improve lead conversion, pipeline progression, and marketing contribution to revenue.\n\nMarketing Operations & Performance\nSupport campaign deployment through CRM and marketing automation platforms.\n\nTrack key performance metrics including engagement, MQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.\n\nMaintain data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance with global marketing processes.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in field marketing, marketing communications, demand generation, or marketing operations.\n\nProven experience executing customer events and integrated marketing campaigns.\n\nStrong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.\n\nExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.\n\nBusiness-level Japanese and professional English communication skills.\n\nPreferred\nExperience in B2B technology, engineering software, semiconductor, EDA, simulation, or related industries.\n\nFamiliarity with
