The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of software quality standards and a strong background in software engineering.\nResponsibilities\nQuality Process Development: Define, implement, and maintain software quality processes in accordance with ISO standards to ensure high-quality software development.\nStandards Compliance: Ensure all software development activities comply with relevant ISO software quality standards and best practices.\nPerform system analysis, risk assessment, and develop strong test strategies by reviewing product designs, technical specifications, and collaborating with product managers and developers.\nDocumentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software quality processes, including quality plans, procedures, and guidelines.\nTraining and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to the software development team on ISO standards and quality processes.\nQuality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality processes and identify areas for improvement.\nCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of quality processes throughout the SDLC.\nContinuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and process efficiency.\nQualifications\nTechnical Skills:\nExtensive experience in software engineering, with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement.\nIn-depth knowledge of quality management standards and frameworks, including ISO 9001 and AS9100D, and their application to software development.\nProficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, or Python.\nExperience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.\nFamiliarity with test automation tools and frameworks.\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nFluent in English;
