We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.\nResponsibilities\nThis role would be a contract position with possibility of conversion upon management discretion.\nSupport end-to-end recruitment activities from candidate sourcing through onboarding.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and talent requirements.\n\nSource and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.\n\nCoordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.\n\nSupport salary proposal preparation, offer discussions, and offer extensions with candidates.\n\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\n\nSupport recruitment activities, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.\n\nFoster positive candidate experience through effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.\n\nSupport recruitment process improvement and other talent acquisition projects as assigned.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.\nFresh graduates with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR are encouraged to apply.\n\nInternship experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is an advantage.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail, proactive and willingness to learn.\nStrong interest in AI, technology, and data-driven recruitment practices.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications.\nExcellent verbal and written English is required;
