This role offers the opportunity to gain real-world recruitment experience while supporting hiring activities across multiple countries and business functions throughout Europe.\nYou will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR professionals, and business stakeholders, developing valuable skills in candidate assessment, talent sourcing, stakeholder management, recruitment operations, and employer branding.\nThis opportunity is ideal for students undertakinga mandatory placement year, industrial placement, sandwich year, or internship as part of their degree programme.\nResponsibilities\nWhat will you do?\nConduct CV and application reviews to identify qualified candidates across a range of business functions and technical disciplines.\nPerform candidate screening interviews to assess skills, experience, motivation, and overall suitability.\nSource and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.\nSupport end-to-end recruitment activities across the EMEA region.\nSchedule and coordinate interviews while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring
